Cryotherapy of Wisconsin is the first facility of its kind in the state of Wisconsin. We opened our doors in November 2015. Our passion and our mission has been to help people, improve awareness and provide quality services to help relieve pain and inflammation and improve quality of life in a natural, non-invasive way.

In the years we’ve been in business, we have seen over 12,000 unique guests with a myriad of health issues. This has literally been life changing for many of them, who understand the value of what we can do for them. Many are loyal, dedicated clients who have been with us since the day we opened. One of the most rewarding aspects of our business is being able to work closely with our clients and establish relationships with them. Once a client, you are part of our Cryotherapy of Wisconsin family!

As we continue to find ways to help our customers, we’ve added several services to help reduce pain, improve body function, and elevate your physical and emotional well-being. Those services include:

• Whole Body Cryotherapy

• Local/Facial Cryotherapy

•NanoVi • Normatec Compression

•Cryo T-Shock • Body Pod

• NEO-Light LED Bed

Our staff will spend quality time with each client explaining the process, and providing them with all the different options available to address their individual needs. This personalized approach to educating our clients makes them feel relaxed and comfortable about the services they receive at Cryotherapy of Wisconsin.

Cryotheraphy is awesome. The best 3 minutes of chilling in my life. Well worth the experience. Take advantage of this, I’m pretty sure you won’t regret it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Cryotherapy Safe?
Yes! Your body is safely cooled by nitrogen vapor surrounding your body. All treatments are conducted and monitored by an experienced and trained cryo technician. Be aware cryotherapy is not recommended for those with heart conditions and other medical issues. Before your first treatment, our staff will review a complete list of contraindications.

How Long Does Cryo Take?
At most, our cryotherapy treatments last for 3 minutes. Because of the intense cold therapy, many of our clients start out with a shorter treatment and work up to the full 3 minutes over time.

When Will I Start to See Results?
You’ll likely feel a powerful rush of endorphins (the body’s mood elevator) as soon as your cryo treatment finishes. You may also feel immediate:

  • Relief from joint and muscle pain
  • Decreased inflammation
  • Improved flexibility

These effects may last for hours or even days.

Many clients notice also improved sleep in the days following their treatment. Improvements in skin texture and reduction in cellulite and weight loss will take longer and may require a series of treatments for maximum results.

Is One Treatment Enough?
Every whole body cryotherapy session is beneficial and you’ll likely experience immediate positive results. However, research has shown maximum benefits of cryotherapy are seen over a period of 2-3 weeks, with 3-4 sessions per week.
